I have been meaning to email you since last Wednesday to say grateful thanks for your kindness and warm welcome during my attendance at the National Advisory Forum for Fire and Rescue. It was my first meeting so I was a bit unsure of everything but the lovely welcome and food made me feel calmer. Thank you for the care and great attention afforded to those present.

St Matthew's Conference Centre was the perfect venue for our second National Training Day. It is easily accessible in Central London and offers great value for money, excellent food options, and the support of Enver who manages the venue and ensures that everything runs smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and we had very positive feedback from the trainees on this successful day.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you again for yesterday. For being so accommodating and helpful both before hand and on the day. It was great to have you there and definitely so helpful to have your expertise in ensuring the day ran smoothly.
